Our pledge for making sure all of our events are Covid Secure includes following latest up to date government guidelines.

All of our Team Leaders, Performers & Managers are required to sign a Covid Secure document prior to each event and temperature checks will be undertaken as well as checking for the following symptoms:

• A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

If any of these symptoms have been made aware Themed Creative will take action by sending the relevant person(s) home. If for any reason an event cannot go ahead, we will contact all our clients/customers prior to the event.

Due to our Covid-19 promise if the event(s) do have to be cancelled at anytime a refund to the relevant clients/customers will be made within 14 Days of cancellation.
